Offer same-day, single session phone counselling (available 24/7, for 18 years+). Following this initial call, you may be referred to multi-session counselling (up to 3 additional sessions) with a dedicated therapist.

Mind Relief

Online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and/or Dialectical Behaviour Therapy program.

Consists of 20-min therapy appointments, with personalized psychotherapy materials to complete between sessions.

Canadian Mental Health Association – BounceBack

BounceBack is a free Cognitive Behavioural Therapy-based skill-building program where a coach helps support you over the phone in working through a series of workbooks based on your concerns.

Referral process: Family doctor referral is preferred, but you can also self-refer online.

Warden Woods Community Centre COVID-19 All-in-One Support line

National Indian
Residential Schools
Crisis Line

call 1-866-925-4419 toll free if you are a former Residential School student in crisis. Support is provided by trained crisis counsellors, many of whom are Indigenous. 

Talk 4 Healing

Services are grounded in Indigenous culture, wisdom and tradition and are available in Oji-Cree, Ojibway, Cree, Algonquin, Inuktitut, Mohawk, Oneida, Odawa, Potawatomi, Micmac, Black Foot, Anishinaabe, Moose Cree, Swampy Cree and English and French.
